BERLIN  BLOOMSDAY  A literary festival revolving around James Joyce's Ulysses

On June 16 of every year, a worldwide festival takes place to honor James Joyce's novel, Ulysses. Since 2000, actorscut.com, the largest public databank for professional actors online, organizes the festival in Berlin. In cooperation with generous and energetic sponsors, actors celebrate a magnificent festival.
The festival's event calendar is presented on the website. Visitors, especially those commuting to events, can gain an overview of what artists have planned for the festival. Performances, exhibits, readings, and theater. Guinness and tasty Irish stew accompany the festival every year.

A flash animation about Bloomsday is projected onto a video screen on the Kurfurstendamm, a major street in the heart of Berlin.

Literature can't survive without friends! Those who actively support the festival are all found on the Friends and Sponsors page of the website.
Since the literary festival changes location from year to year, a venue overview and location guide is very helpful. Audio clips of literary excerpts can be heard on each of the site's pages. Even audio recordings of James Joyce have been incorporated into the site.
