It does not matter whether a project is large or small. What does matter, however, is to plan, coordinate, and execute the project in a way that pleases everybody involved. Equally important is the process itself, as well as establishing an amiable and stress-free communication with clients and employees, despite looming deadlines. Only then can we channel our concentration and maximize our creative energy.
